Facilities & Services:
Many travelers have us pick them up at the airport and most of them come directly to Antigua. An STA driver will wait for you outside customs holding a placard with your name on it.

The schedule and price list covers most travelers needs, but we go from almost anywhere to anywhere in Guatemala, so if you want to go to destinations not on the list or you have any special needs or questions do not hesitate is to fill out the form below. Reservation Policy:
A non-refundable 10% deposit with the Tropical Travel Association is required in order to confirm your reservation. The 90% balance is due to the hotel upon arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show you will be charged the first nights stay. At the hotel's discretion additional requirements may be requested.

You will be issued an xyzcode, our tracking number. An online copy of your communication with Servicios Turisticos Atitlan will be saved and accessible anytime. Credit card information is transmitted to our bank's secure server over the internet via an "SSL" connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is essentially computer tech talk for encrypted, locked and certified safe. Our SSL certificate is on the right. Your credit card company gives you additional protection.
