About Us:
Traveling friends, our Hotel is little but offers 6 large and comfortable rooms, all with orthopedic double and single beds, private bathroom with hot water 24 hours

Facilities & Services:
Casa Madeleine is the newest Bed & Breakfast & Spa located in the beautiful colonial city of Antigua Guatemala founded in 1543 and included in UNESCO'S World Heritage list in 1979.

The city is paved with cobblestone streets, and it is filled with monumental Spanish colonial architecture buildings.

Casa Madeleine is a colonial inn with six beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with private baths and some with private balcony.

Below are our standard rates. Weekly rental available for special events.

Notes:
* Peak dates are Eastern and Christmas weeks
All rates include Continental Breakfast.
All rates include Taxes (IVA) Added Value Tax + 10% Tourism Tax.
For your comfort Spa Bathrobes and Slippers are provided in all rooms.
Peak dates 4 day minimum stay is required.
Spa services are exclusive for guests at Casa Madeleine.
We offer special discounts for groups and students.
Casa Madeleine is available for special events.
2 complementary bottles of water will be provided per room every day.
Beverages, red and white wine is available upon request.

Of Special Note:
Candles are lighted every evening.

This beautiful property can be rented in its entirely for special events such as weddings, anniversaries etc.

Reservation Policy:
This reservation service is free, as your 10% deposit is credited against the total value of your reservation. It is required in order to block your space and confirm your reservation with the balance of 90% due upon your arrival with us.

We may require additional payments to hold your particular reservation up to and including a full 100% prepayment depending upon the details of your reservation. You will be advised of these additional reservation payments (if any) before you are asked to pay your 10% non-refundable confirmation deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty against your balance due up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.

Important: The only safe way to transmit credit card information over the internet is via a secure server, identified by the "https://..." designation in your browser's address bar.
