Our boutique hotel "El Palacio de Doña Beatriz" is as unique as the people who stay with us. We offer personalized service and luxury accommodations for business or leisure travel. Our hotel rooms will surround you with Antigua's charm, as our Master Suite, three Jr. Suites and four boutique bedrooms all have all the modern amenities, including cable TV, jet bath. We also have a wonderful pool, jacuzzi, terraces with volcano views and living rooms with interesting books about Guatemala.

• Villa del Adelantado US $255.00.
  Accommodates up to seven guests.
  Price includes breakfasts for four.
  Villa del Adelantado is a complete separate unit with three bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen and twin bed, the other two with a single queen, all with private baths. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room with fireplace, entrance, garden and terrace with views of the volcanos. Person extra US$15.00

Prices include all taxes and a complete breakfast and
transportation to or from the airport in Guatemala City.

Of Special Note:
Guests are invited each morning to the breakfast hall where they can start the day in the tranquil presence of our beautiful gardens and fountain. Here you also can meet and get advice from the friendly staff who can assist your in the planning of interesting visits to the Maya ruins at Tikal, to Lake Atitlan, the Chichicastenango Market or volcano hikes and other exciting activities.

Reservation Policy:
This reservation service is free, as your 10% deposit is credited against the total value of your reservation. It is required in order to block your space and confirm your reservation with the balance of 90% due upon your arrival with us.

We may require additional payments to hold your particular reservation up to and including a full 100% prepayment depending upon the details of your reservation. You will be advised of these additional reservation payments (if any) before you are asked to pay your (non-refundable) 10% confirmation deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to three days prior to schedule arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night's lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.
